Resending Invitation

User invites have a period of activity for a few weeks. After this period, the invitation email becomes invalid.

When a new user tries to go by an expired link in the invitation email, it will see a message about the invitation invalidity.

You do not need to redo the invitation process after the previous invite expires. You are able to send a new invite email in 3 clicks

Resending invitation in Nwave Console

  1. User Management → Users

  2. Click on the email to go on the user page

  3. Press the button RESEND INVITATION

     

  4. Confirm the invitation sending

Resending invitation in Nwave Parking Analytics

  1. Go to Users page

  2. Press the button RESEND INVITATION next to the needed email address

     

  3. Confirm the invitation sending
