Current users are able to invite new users into the Nwave ecosystem. The invitation function is available in Nwave Console and Nwave Parking Analytics. This document explains the process of user invitations in Nwave Console. The Nwave Parking Analytics works with invitations in the same way.

Sending invite

1. Open Main Manu in the top left

   Open

   

2. Scroll down and click on the menu User Management → Users

   Open

   

3. You will see a list of already registered users and round button in the bottom right. If you do not see this button, you do not have permission for user invitations.

4. Click on the button

5. You should see the user invitation form

6. Fill in the form.

   1. E-mail - email address for inviting user

   2. Permission - often this drop down list contains only 2 default permissions:

      1. “… default” - by default this permission provides full access to all functions

      2. “… read only” - by default this permission provides access only for reading data

   3. Checkbox “All projects” - select this checkbox if you want to provide access to all projects to a new user. This checkbox means, that the user will get access to all existing projects and automatically get access to all new projects after their creation.

   4. Projects - allows you to restrict a new user’s access to a particular list of projects

7. Press button INVITE

8. You will see the following message if invite will successfully sent
