Find the invitation email in your Inbox. If you do not see it, check the Spam folder.
Open the invitation email and click on the link
You should see the registration finishing form on the next screenshot. If you see a message about the onvote link being incorrect, please, ask your administrator to resend the invitation email.
Fill in the form and press the Sign Up button
Done. Now you can use the site.
