When device is damaged it needs to be replaced by a functional device. The same process is often needed for silent devices, which have not been sending data for a long time.
More specifically there are two types of situations where sensor needs to be replaced:
Damaged status / Hardware error at Nwave portal OR in DM App
Silent / “Last message time error” in Nwave portal AND not responding to DM app
Mechanical Replacement
You will need a tamper proof Torx20 screw driver to take the old sensor off the platform (see below) and fix the new one.
